At JS Fitness, we understand that motherhood often means putting everyone else’s needs before your own. That’s why we created the EmpowHER Transformation—an 8-week journey designed to help moms reclaim their health, energy, and confidence.

  • Educational Resources: Weekly blog posts educating moms on calories, macros, and healthy eating habits.

  • Functional Health Assessments: Conducted at weeks 1, 4, and 8 to track progress in areas like diet, exercise, sleep, mental health and Lifestyle Habits.

  • Inbody Assessments: Tracking Body Fat Mass & Percentage, Visceral Fat and Skeletal Muscle Mass. these assessments are Conducted at Week 1, 4 and 8 for progress Tracking.

Remarkable Results

The dedication of our five participating moms led to impressive outcomes:


  • Total Weight Loss: 21 kg combined, with one mom losing up to 6 kg.

  • Exercise Improvement: 61% increase, thanks to consistent resistance training and moms opting to turn to group classes as a form of exercise.

  • Diet Enhancement: 45% improvement, aided by meal plans, recipes and educational tools.

  • Sleep Quality: 40% better sleep, a surprising yet welcome benefit and part of the program consisted of Habit coaching to improve sleep.

Moms will be selected on or before 9 May 2025.


The next programme will be 6 weeks long with an investment of R1500 payable on or before 9 May 2025.

EmpowHER Transformation Q&A

Q: Do I need to be fit or have gym experience to join EmpowHER?

A: Not at all! The program includes beginner-friendly workouts using bodyweight and dumbbells, as well as intermediate options for more experienced moms. It’s designed to meet you where you are.


Q: I don’t have a lot of time—will I be able to keep up with the workouts?

A: Yes! Workouts are short, effective, and can be done at home or in the gym. Most sessions take 20–40 minutes, making them easy to fit into your day. Justin, your trainer can also make amendments where needed just for you!


Q: Do I have to follow a strict or complicated diet?

A: Not at all. EmpowHER focuses on sustainable nutrition with high-protein, high-fiber meals that are quick and easy to prepare. No fad diets here—just real food and real results.


Q: What kind of support will I get during the program?

A: You’ll receive personalized calorie and macro targets via the Trainerize app, access to recipe guides, weekly educational blog posts, continuous habit coaching to support your progress and a WhatsApp group with all the moms on the journey sharing their experience.


Q: How is this different from other weight loss challenges?

A: EmpowHER is not just a weight loss program. It’s a holistic health transformation—improving your exercise routine, nutrition, sleep, mental health, and lifestyle habits, all backed by progress assessments at weeks 1, 4, and 8.
