Returns Policy, Refunds and Exchanges:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. The refund is valid for 30 days from the time you receive the product and will not be accepted thereafter.

To complete the return process we would require proof of payment.

In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us for a refund or exchange it for another product of equal value within the 30 Day refund time frame. We do reserved the right to charge a 15% handling fee for any orders returned to us.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping cost are non-refundable.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during our handling and shipping process.

JS Fitness – Standard Booking Policy

This booking policy applies to all JS Fitness events, experiences, workshops, challenges, retreats, and group-based offerings (collectively referred to as “events”). By making a booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Bookings & Payments

All bookings must be made via the official JS Fitness booking platform, website, or approved booking link.
Full payment is required to secure your spot, unless otherwise stated.
Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received.
Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Cancellations by the Client

Bookings are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, you may NOT transfer your booking to another person unless stated others on the tickets terms and conditions.
Failure to attend (no-shows) will result in forfeiture of the full booking fee.

3. Transfers & Substitutions

Ticket transfers are NOT permitted for most events unless stated otherwise.
If we do allow ticket transfers we require the following:
- JS Fitness is notified in advance
- The replacement participant meets any event requirements
Transfers are subject to approval and may not apply to limited-capacity or specialised experiences.

4. Event Changes or Cancellations by JS Fitness

JS Fitness reserves the right to:
- Adjust event times, venues, facilitators, or programming if necessary
- Cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances (including weather, safety concerns, or low attendance)
In the event of cancellation by JS Fitness:
- Participants will be offered a full refund or credit excluding the service, or
- The option to transfer to a rescheduled date or alternative event

5. Health, Safety & Participation

Participation is at your own risk.
By booking, you confirm that you are medically fit to participate or have received clearance from a healthcare professional.
Please inform JS Fitness of any injuries, medical conditions, or special requirements prior to the event.
JS Fitness and its partners will not be held liable for injury, loss, or damage to personal property during events, except where required by law.

6. Minimum Age & Responsibility

Some events may have age restrictions. These will be communicated clearly on the event page.
Minors must have parental or guardian consent where applicable.

7. Media & Content Usage

Events may be photographed or filmed for marketing and promotional purposes.
By attending, you grant JS Fitness permission to use this content unless you notify us in writing prior to the event.
JS Fitness also reserves the right to cancel your ticket at any given time without prior notice and provide you with a full refund if it so wishes to.

8. Conduct & Community Standards

JS Fitness events are built on respect, inclusivity, and community.
Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund.

9. Acceptance of Policy

By completing a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Standard Booking Policy.
JS Fitness reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The most current version will always apply.
